What makes Emile Henry Bakers and Cloches so good?

The Emile Henry Bread Cloche (the domed baker) is innovative in its simplicity, it uses the same technique as a traditional bread oven to bake delicious loaves. This is how you end up with a soft inside and crispy crust. The Bread Cloche maintains a perfect humidity rate during cooking. There is no need to add water in the oven while cooking.

The Emile Henry Bread Baker is specially designed with small holes in the base and lid. These will allow the carbon dioxide to escape while baking, at the same time retaining a high level of humidity, resulting in a crusty loaf.

Your Emile Henry Baguette Baker allows you to make three light, crispy baguettes. The Baguette Baker maintains a perfect humidity rate during cooking. There is no need to do anything while cooking. Once cooked, you can remove the lid and leave the baguettes in the oven to brown a little. Once removed from the oven, leave to cool without the lid so that the crust remains crispy.
