Poly, Over and Over
In an effort to reduce our waste even more, we’ve invested in a process that takes the trim pieces from our board cutting and grinds them up, returning the material to the raw state from which new sheets of material can be formed. These sheets then go on to become even more boards, and the cycle continues. Best of all, these boards are completely recyclable.
These boards are made from high density polyethylene, the same material from which milk jugs are made, and has been used in commercial kitchens for decades. This versatile material is lightweight, strong, and durable. This board is also completely recyclable. Each board features removable, non-slip silicone corners, and all but the smallest offer a juice groove.
