Ah... mastering the art of pancake making. It's a simple recipe but creating the perfect pancake certainly doesn't come easy! It's taken me years to master the perfect shape, fluffy-ness and texture and this recipe is my all time favourite.

Old-Fashioned Fluffy Pancakes 

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of Butter Milk
• 1/4 Cup of Oil
• 1 3/4 Cups of Flour 
• 2 Tablespoons of Sugar 
• 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder 
• 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
• 1 Teaspoon of Salt 

Instructions 

1. Beat together the eggs, buttermilk and oil.
2. Slowly add in the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt
3. Pour batter onto hot pan - set to medium/low heat
4. Wait until you see bubbles coming to the surface than flip
5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes
6. Take off and place on a serving tray
7. Continue steps 3-6 until all the batter has been used
